We were approached to prototype a tool that automates change strategy and recommendations. The problem was simple: post-meeting, change strategies are tiresome to produce, contain errors, and surface clashing ideas between stakeholders.
The client wanted change meetings to be more streamlined — and strategies easier to produce with fewer errors.
